- How do I place an order online?

Once you have everything you need in your cart, you can proceed to Checkout, and simply complete your shipping and payment information to place your order.
- searching by product name or number and adding items to your cart,
- by going to My Account > Orders > Order History and reordering from a previous order, and
- clicking Reorder from your Orders menu to see everything you’ve ordered within a given timeframe…then just Add to Cart to your heart’s desire!
- What is your delivery schedule?
We offer same day or next day delivery for the most of our regional service area, and a range of shipping options if you fall outside of our same or next day delivery area. CLICK HERE to see our route schedule.
- What is the same day delivery cutoff?
If you are located in the Longview/Kilgore area, we just need you to order by 9am. If you are in the Tyler area you can order by 10am.
- Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is always FREE within our regional service area. For deliveries outside of our service area, we do charge a reasonable delivery fee based on your location. We also offer standard shipping options if that is your preference.
- What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept all major credit cards, and we are also set up to handle purchase orders, so you can be invoiced for the order.
- How do I use use a Purchase Order as my payment method?
You will just need to choose the "Invoice" option during checkout. From there you can input your Purchase Order number.
- Why can't I find an item when I type it in the search bar?
For best results we recommend you search by item number, if available. If you are still having trouble locating an item, please contact customer service where our friendly staff will be glad to help.
- Why can't I see my contract pricing?
Please contact contact customer service and our folks will ensure that your contract is connected to your online company account.
- How do I cancel an order?Please contact customer service as soon as you know you'd like to cancel your order, and we will certainly do our best to cancel it. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- My password isn't working, how do I reset it?
From the login screen you can click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We will then send you a link to reset your password.
- I placed an online order last week, and I still haven't received my order or verification of it?
Please contact your sales representative or customer service and we will track down your order for you.
- How do I find out who my sales representative is?
Please contact customer service.
- Why can't I see my order history?
In order to for your order history to be populated, your individual login must be connected to your company account. Please contact customer service and they will make sure your login is properly connected.
- Where did my address go?
Please contact customer service to have your address re-populated.
